Open Accessible
An accessibility widget for any website.
One script. Visitors get text size, contrast, motion, and reading tools — without rebuilding your site.
How it works
Live in three steps
No redesign. No plugin maze. Add the widget, tune what visitors see, and ship.
-
Paste the script
Drop one line before your closing body tag — HTML, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or a custom stack.
-
Match your brand
Pick corner placement, colors, and which tools to show so it feels native to your site.
-
Visitors take control
They open the launcher anytime and adjust the page for reading, contrast, and motion needs.
Visitor tools
A full control set, not a toggle or two
Open Accessible ships with practical adjustments people actually use — grouped clearly in one panel.
-
Text size
Scale content up or down without breaking your layout.
-
Readable font
Switch to a clearer typeface for longer reading sessions.
-
Line spacing
Open up dense copy so lines are easier to follow.
-
High contrast
Strengthen foreground and background separation.
-
Grayscale
Reduce color noise for visitors sensitive to vivid palettes.
-
Highlight links
Make links unmistakable across the page.
-
Reduce motion
Calm animations and transitions site-wide.
-
Big cursor
A larger pointer for easier tracking on dense UIs.
-
Reading guide
A focus line that travels with the cursor while reading.
For site owners
Built to drop in and stay out of the way
Everything you need to offer visitor controls without a redesign — or a dedicated accessibility team.
-
One-line install
A single async script. No framework lock-in, no theme rewrite, no CMS plugin required.
-
Brand-ready UI
Match launcher color, panel accent, and corner so it looks like it belongs on your site.
-
Keyboard & screen reader ready
The widget itself supports keyboard use, visible focus, and sensible ARIA labeling.
-
Remembers preferences
Visitor settings persist across pages so they don’t reconfigure on every click.
-
Lightweight by default
Loads asynchronously; most tools only apply when someone turns them on.
-
Privacy-minded
Preferences stay in the browser. No visitor tracking baked into the widget.
-
Multi-language panel
Ship the interface in your visitors’ language — English, Spanish, French, and more.
-
Works with your stack
Static sites, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, and custom CMS builds.

FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers about install, compliance, and how the widget behaves.
What is Open Accessible?
A lightweight accessibility widget you add to your website. Visitors open it to adjust text size, contrast, motion, and other reading options for that site.
Does it make my site fully WCAG compliant?
No widget alone can guarantee compliance. Open Accessible helps visitors adapt the interface, but you still need solid markup, alt text, and inclusive design. It’s a support layer — not a substitute for fixing underlying issues.
How do I install it?
Add a single script before your closing body tag (see the install section above). The launcher appears site-wide. Custom placement and branding are included with your plan.
Will it slow down my site?
The script is small and loads asynchronously. Most controls only apply when a visitor turns them on, so default page weight stays light.
Can I customize which tools appear?
Yes. Show or hide individual tools, set default states, and match launcher colors so the panel fits your audience and brand.
Does it work with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify?
Yes. Paste the snippet into your theme footer, custom code area, or global layout. It runs alongside your existing CSS and scripts.
Where are visitor preferences stored?
In the visitor’s browser (local storage). Preferences aren’t sent to us for tracking, and they apply across pages on your domain.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same plan either way — full tools and branding controls. Monthly is $19.99/month. Yearly is $179.88/year ($14.99/month equivalent), so you save about 25%.
Can I use Open Accessible on more than one site?
Each site needs its own site key so branding and settings stay separate. Start from your account after signup to add another property.
Can I remove Open Accessible branding?
Yes. Paid plans include the option to hide “Powered by Open Accessible” so the launcher matches your brand only.
What happens if I cancel?
Your widget stops loading for visitors at the end of the billing period. You can export nothing visitor- specific — preferences already live in each visitor’s browser.
Do you offer a free trial?
Request access from Get started and we’ll help you evaluate install and branding on a real site before you commit long-term.
Is visitor data collected by the widget?
Preferences stay in local storage on the visitor’s device. The widget isn’t built as an analytics or tracking product.
How often is the newsletter sent?
Once a month. Product updates and accessibility tips only — no daily drip. Unsubscribe anytime from the email footer once campaigns are live.
How fast do you reply to contact messages?
We aim to reply within one business day. For install issues, include your site URL and where you pasted the script so we can help faster.
Can agencies install this for clients?
Yes. Many freelancers and agencies drop the snippet into client themes or Webflow projects and hand off branding controls afterward.
Does it conflict with cookie banners or chat widgets?
Usually no. The script loads asynchronously and sits beside other front-end widgets. If something overlaps, change the launcher position in your site key settings.
What languages does the panel support?
The visitor panel ships with multiple languages (including English, Spanish, French, and Korean). You can set a default language to match your audience. (Using libretranslate)
Can visitors reset their settings?
Yes. The panel includes a clear way to turn tools off or restore defaults so people stay in control of their experience.
